Synergy Commercial Properties was founded in January of 2007 and was formed by two experienced real estate brokers whose expertise and focus has been the commercial real estate industry. The company is comprised of two principal partners, one who has concentrated their real estate endeavors in the Research Triangle market for over twenty-four years and has represented National Credit Tenants as well as National and Local Developers in the Southeast, and another who has worked in the Cumberland County market and surrounding markets for over nine years and has focused on investment sales and lease negotiations for government contractors as well as business brokerage.
The experience and expertise of the two partners make up a full service commercial real estate company that offers a full spectrum of commercial real estate brokerage services. These partners chose to make Moore County the home office for their business so they could offer the same services to the local market and aid the market and its investors in building a successful community just as they have done in the past in other communities in the southeast.
