Janice Dixon has been active in full service commercial real estate brokerage business in the Triangle and the Carolinas, for 24 years. A native of Morehead City, North Carolina, Janice has developed a broad base of knowledge of the Triangle market (Wake, Durham and Orange County), as well as many other counties in North Carolina. Janice is seasoned in all aspects of commercial real estate and is active in tenant representation, land acquisitions and investment sales. Prior to starting her own business ( J. M. Dixon Properties, LLC) in 1994, she worked at a leasing administrator for Craig Davis Properties in office leasing, was the director of marketing for Prestonwood Country Club, a development consultant for Preston Development Company, was a partner with Bell Commercial Properties, specializing in hotel and restaurant site a acquisition, Broker in Charge for Vinson Colliers International, specializing in site acquisition for multi-family developers,( both national and local,) and site acquisition for local and national homebuilders, as well as site acquisition for retail and mixed use developments for local and national developers. She also represents national credit retail and service business tenants in North Carolina. Janice has focused her energy in successfully representing property owners, developers, corporate clients and business owners, small and large. Janice's experience is in the commercial real estate business is diverse; she takes pride in adhering to ethical standards and assuring client satisfaction. Ms. Dixon has had a North Carolina Brokerage License since 1983, is licensed in South Carolina, and is a CCIM Candidate.
